Keeping it honest - Day 10
Feeding one: 4 moz cheese sticks (3 w/ garlic and parsely)
Feeding two: 5 Junior Mints & 1/2 of a segment of orange
Feeding three: 2 slices bacon, 3 eggs, 1/4 cup of fried taters.
Feeding four: Nothing yet
Feeding five: nothing yet
Feeding six: Nothing yet.
Lots and LOTS of coffee with stuff in it lol. Gosh that's good cocoa or GF Internation French Vanilla Coffee
Calories, carbs, protein, etc. I have NO idea - and don't really care at the moment. Pfft. Catch me tomorrow lol.
I really worked at it today. It was a rough day but I kept my mouth under control.
6am- 1 scrambled egg with cheese in 1/2 a wholw wheat pita w/ a tomato slice
1130 - luna bar
1pm - 4 oz salmon and 1/4 c broccoli
3 pm one way bar, sf jello
630 pm slice cheeder chese and a string cheese. 2 flatbead cracker - multi grain wiht all kinds of seeds on top.
9 pm 1/2 a chicken veg south beach pizza ( actually about 1/4 of the crust and all the toppings.
total calories 1200 and 109 grams of protein
I did make it to the health club, but got a 1 hour massage instead of exercising. I really needed it bad!
Breakfast: Eggbeaters omelette w/bacon, onions & cheese
Snack: Protein Shake w/1/2 banana & flax seed
Lunch: Salad w/chicken, cheese, red onion & garlic. Olive oil & vinegar dressing
Snack: Baby Gala Apple & Asiago cheese
Dinner: Veal Stew & Melba Toast
Snacks: Stallone sf chocolate pudding
