Eating One: Double pastrami on a Kaiser roll (not toasted), with lettuce, tomatoes, onion and mayo, downed with a 64 oz A&W Root Beer, and 1 super-sized butterfinger. Eating Two: Eating Three: (nothing posted for two and three ---- Gawd only knows why). When I get my head out of the bowl I will explain :o

I have such food issues, so I cut back to not eating anything ever. And now I'm trying hard to cut back further. I only breathed 6 times yesterday (down the usual 8) and still managed to gain 19 pounds. What I am doing wrong! Give me some support, dammit! Nowhere Man/PH/Jay

Cut your breathing down to 5 breaths per day. Keep cutting back on not eating. Don't sleep...remain standing at all times. Smoke alot. Like a frickin' chimney...it looks good and speeds up your metabolism. You can do it...I know you can because you have all the right misinformation. Karen
