Krispy Creme's are too... greasy... so I never sought them out, but I've tasted worse. Ooops... I did have a handfull of my wifes popcorn in the afternoon... so much for the no-snack statement... but, it was just a handfull, am I forgiven for my lack of candor, I honestly forgot. Chocolate milk  I don't do so hot with dairy, not that I let THAT stop me, I just don't do dairy in public . I prefer the powdered QUICK though... yumm. Oddly, every time I've eaten carrot cake, I was afraid I was gonna DIE. A little while later, I was afraid I wasn't. Tek

I had a nice hot Krispy Kreme once preop - I just don't get the attraction, it was just a donut I did have a choclate cake donut from DD at a little over 3 years out and I again couldn't see why I liked them so much before. Was it just the idea of it? because the taste was not there. Have my tastes really changed that much?

Coming to this late, but had to comment on the cast iron made popcorn. Had a friend who grew up making popcorn that way but using bacon grease for the cooking fat----now that's some good stuff!! Oh my.

Do you think a penchant for Snickers and being irresponsible are connected in any way?

Actually I attribute my irresponsible nature to a calcium deficiency...see no whip Vente mocha above. The Snickers is not unlike a protein bar and I have learned the value of eating my protein in a candy like bar vs. protein via "real" food. This board has taught me what a moron I was pre-board, never knew that Pepperoni had so many good qualities...I was mired in the world of Pepperoni is high in fat/stay away...oh and peanut butter balls...still wondering which part of the peanut they come from.
