Keeping it honest - Day 9
Hi Tooter,
Here is what I had yesterday
2 cups coffee
1. protien shake made with 4oz 2% milk
2. 3/4 cup high proiten special k w/half a bananna and 1/2 c of 2% milk
3. 2.5 oz grilled chicken with long green chili and slice of cheese on top
small salad w/tomatoe vinagrette
4. 2 more oz of chicken fm lunch
5. 1/4 cup of spaghetti w/meat sauce and 1/2 piece of french bread
(i threw it all up so i dont know if i should count the calories) this was way to heavy for my pouch
6. sf sweetfreedom ice cream bar
w/the spaghetti my totals were:
1142 cal
47gm fat
90gm carbs
85gm protien
wow thats alot of carbs..but I felt satisfied all day.

This is what I have eaten and will be eating since it is only 1:20 est.
Feeding 1- 2 string cheese
Feeding 2- 3oz. turkey breast
2oz. raw yellow pepper strips
2oz. cucumber slices
1c carb options cup o soup
Feeding 3- Stallone choc pudding
1tea. cool whip
Feeding4- WW smart ones sirloin & asian veg. dinner
1/4c 4% cottage cheese
1/2c cherry s/f jello
Feeding 5- 2 string cheese
Feeding 6- 1/2c nonfat yogurt
1/4c raspberries + 1 tab. flax seed

carb. 49
protein 98
I feel good today and so I was in control of what I ate.
