Keeping it honest - Day 9
I wish I could say I always make good choices...sadly, not true. I just stopped calling it cheating. I'm trying to minimize the relationship between the word, the food and the action - so that I don't get the what the heck 'tude and chuck it in for the day. One bad meal/feeding, doesn't mean the whole day is shot to hell - ya know?

pretty good day considering the stress of seeing the Plastic surgeon. very rough
700 am 1 egg scrambled with spinach and cheese, 1 whole wheat toast
1230- oneway bar, apple sliced and topped w/ 1 tb peanut butter and raisins
4pm, jello with peaches
6 pm turkey burger with tomato and onion in a whole wheat pita
1/2 c orzo and spinich salad with a balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing and sprinkled with a few pine nuts.
830 3 bites of an oreo mcflurry
1230 calories
70 grams of protein
Breakfast: EAS Carb Advantage Protein Shake
S: Coffee w/half & half
Lunch: Tuna Salad
S: Peanut Butter on Melba toast, Melted String Cheese sprinkled w/garlic
Dinner: Veal Stew and Green Beans..some napolitanke cookies again (I am PMS and just crave them )
S: Stallone SF Chocolate Pudding w/flaxseed
Exercise: weight lifting lower body & 1hr spin class
Water: 80 oz
B - oatmeal with blueberrys
coffee, splenda and creamer
s - edamame
l - hamburger and avacado maybe a little squash
s - hard boiled egg, pc. of cheese and or edamame
d - not sure yet will let ya know in the morning..
vitamins, fluids lots...i have been doing great on my fluid intake..at least 100 oz. a day minus the coffee...and last night for dinner i made tuna helper with canned chicken i know not the best but i had a sinus headache and didnt feel like cooking...so there!!!!
2 mile walk at lunch today!!
