I LOVE tacos...oh hell I love anything in a shell Chicken, beef, you name it - and I don't care if it's a corn shell or a soft flour tortilla shell. Today I did soft. Oh my heck. yummm!!!! Did you finally manage to choke down the rest of that chop or will it be back to haunt you tomorrow too?

There's still 1/2 a chop left; so, I guess that will be my dinner tonight...don't think I can convince one of the boys to eat it three days in a row.

DH decided he wants spaghetti for dinner tonight...since I have the low carb pasta, I just may toss the last 1/2 pork chop...haven't had pasta in a while. Have you seen/tried the Crystal Light hard candies yet? They're pretty good. With all of the Holiday stuff still in the house, I decided I had better have some alternatives ready for when my resolve broke down...I also bought the SF Coffee flavored Nips...yum! BTW...thanks a LOT for 'talking' about Chuzzle the other day...got bored last night, went and checked it out...guess who's addicted now? How are you feeling? (((Hugs))) ~~Sherry

I budgeted in my calories, how I packed my lunch bag, and made my meal plan for today with willfull absolute blatant knowledge of eatting CAKE tonite. The one in the fridge here at work made by a co-worker's wife who is taking a cake decorating class. Plain old yellow cake, with butter cream white icing, and then hard icing flowers. www.nutritiondata.com says yellow cake, w/ icing for 100g / about 3 oz is 370calories. Its a rough estimate, and I picked off the yucky hard flowers after tasting a petal LOL, so for 2 pieces I say 800 calories? LOL I am the queen of justification!! wake up 8pm - hot decaf tea and 1 c strawberries 930pm - 1/2 c ricotta + 1 TBSP white choc sf pud powder + 1 c strawberries 12am - CAKE 130am - small apple 330am - 1/2 c no bean chili + 1 TBSP sour cream and 1 c brocoli salad (w/ 3 big bunches, heads only and dressing = 6 TBSP helmans "free" 15 cal per TBSP mayo + 2 TBSP vinegar + 1 c baking splenda) - mom makes it with bacon bits, almond slivers, and raisins, mine is just broc and dress 5am - CAKE no gym today, its my rest day, cake or not! lots of gum 52 oz decaf tea 32 oz decaf coffee 32 oz orangle c/l 2 centrum, 1 citrical, biotin, nexium, kcl 1300 calories..give or take but definitely 700 toward the 2 pcs of cake 21 g of protein..ut oh..(not I did not include the eggs and milk from the cake, I will not stoop that low LOL) just dont even think about my carb or fat content - I'm not ~ I'll have 1 c carb milk and a scoop of choc unjury when I get home and then go to bed, that will ad 28g of prot and my cal will still be less than 1500 maybe LOL I did not cheat, I CHOSE! Wow, I love your 'plan'. I budget my desserts in too - if I really want it, I add it in. I never 'cheat'.

I wish I could learn how to do that. I'm having a hard time right now because I pretty much eat the same boring stuff day in and day out...otherwise I feel like I'm cheating and go into "what the heck mode." So what I do is I eat "right" (in my mind anyway ) for about 2 weeks...then I have to eat like a pig for 2-3 days because my body is begging for sugar/carbs/whatever...it's always black or white...no grays...and that drives me  I know there's a better way of doing this...but my brain doesn't understand! Any suggestions? Hugs, Paola
