They are my fav new food...i get mine at publix its a blue white and green bag...made by seapoint farms i usually find it in the section like by the veggies with the boca burgers etc...in publix its right across from the ice cream i get the ready to eat lightly salted ones and you just let them thaw i like them cold and pop em out in your mouth...they grow on you and are a great snack and protein source...bag has 2.5 servings....per sev 100 cal...3g fat...9carb...4 fiber and 8 grams of protein...i love these things and now have all the girls at work addicted to them...good luck...

I will look here at our local grocery in the same kind of section. I work the night shift and like "snacky" things since I don't really get a sit down meal time. Have to have things in my pocket or at the desk I can just grab. I can only eat so many carrot sticks. Thanks Lori

I love the dry roasted edamame - lightly salted I get them at Trader Joes....only 99 cents for a 5.5 oz bag..5 servings. They are great snack when you just get a craving for something slightly saltly and crunchy. 1/4 cup = 140 cal, 6g fat, 5mg sodium, 9g carbs (4g fiber), 14g protein. Trader Joes has the fresh edamame also and in their freezer section. Mary

I buy them frozen in the pods. I just dump them in some boiling water with a little salt. I keep them in a baggie in the fridge. They are full of protein. I also like them because I have to shell them and it takes longer to eat so I feel like I'm eating more. Does that make sense?

Yum. I am always looking for some new food ideas. Sometimes I get so stuck eating the same old thing. Thanks for your suggestions. Lori
