May I be so BOLD to ask?
Yikes. I had no appetite yesterday and dinner was 1/2 cup of S/F pudding with a scoop of vanilla protein powder mixed in. I usually eat normal meals, but was too tired. Yesterday was house cleaning, put the Christmas tree and decorations away and do laundry....all after my full day at work. I ate at 10 pm, when I realized I had missed my dinner.
Oooops
I'll do better today.
