Are you counting fats?
I am sipping tea as I type thi**** the store today and bought a few new teas.
Creme Caramel Tea by Stash Premium, it is pretty tasty. I did add a splenda packet. For some strange reason I like hot tea sweetened and iced tea unsweetened. So far today I have drank about 2/3 of my water and had no soda, yeah for me!! LOL
Thanks for the encouragement and tips.
Hugs Wendy
I knew you were gonna say that, .
You eat better than I do though, I need to step back and re-think a few things.
Hey my nephew is going to Yakima this weekend for an ROTC competition of some sort, I thought of you when he told me that. I was thinking to myself, I wanna go and meet Tooter!! *pout pout*
Hugs Wendy
well go along with him!
I think the BEST advice or suggestion I could give you is to sort out your priorities...what do YOU want? What's important to you. We all have our own diet philosophies...we all know what's worked and didn't work for us in the past. I don't believe any one program works for every one person. I kind of basterdize a few of them. I do a mix of atkins, south beach and even weigh****chers lol.
I count everything cal, fat, carbs, pro....like you I am using fitday.com. In the end all that really matters for weight loss is calories vs calories out. Fat should be monitored especially if you have cholestrol problems. Due to the fact that I eat of alot of cheese my fat content is high, even though I choose NF Milk, 50% less fat cheese and string cheese. I try to keep an eye on my carbs (complex vs non-complex). Personally for me to lose weight I need to eat between 1200 to 1500 calories (I workout 7 days a week, currently my Resting Metobolic Rate is 1820). I like to keep my carbs down to approx. 20% of my intake, unless they are coming from beans and veges.
