Keeping it honest - Day 8
I almost hate to post this but I need to be honest so here goes....
Feeding 1-Quaker lower sugar apple cinn.oatmeal
Feeding 2-3oz. chicken breast
2oz. cooked red & yellow prppers
Feeding 4-3oz. chicken breast
1oz. raw yellow pepper strips
1oz. cucumber slices
Feeding 3- 1/2 orange
Feeding 5-2 string cheese
Feeding 6- here goes-1/2c. Tooters sugar free granola. This stuff is way to good. I had to hide it in the back of the fridg so I would not see it but I can hear the darn stuff calling my name.

Hey Tooter can I join in lol. I am sitting here paying for something I ate lol, and I really do deserve it lol. You can add 2 servings of dry Kiwi fruit to this, and I should have looked closer, they had sugar in them, just a mere 20 grams Between the nausea and the rumbling I think I will be spending some quality time in a certain room in the house lol.
B--SF maple brown sugar oatmeal w/ pat of butter
S--small mandarin orange 2 oz jerkey
L--1 cup veg chillie and one dinner roll
S--1 bannana 1 oz cheese 1 SF mocha
D-- Enchiladas made with ground turkey
S--1 NF SF vanilla latte tall size
All my water all vites but my calcium will get that later before bed.
