Keeping it honest - Day 8
Allrighty did better at home last night and had a hamburger patty with tbsp of squash and half of an avacado for dinner got over 100 oz crystal light in yesterday and no snack before bed..yeah me...
Today the plan is....
B - Protein Shake
coffee, splenda and creamer
S - Edamame (i am addicted to these)
L - hamburger patty,squash and some avacado if needed
half hour walk with the girls at work i am loving this....
S - Edamame again....
D - not sure will update that one in the monring...
I will get 3 33 oz jugs of crystal light in and had a 11oz protein shake allready so liquid will be good and got in my vitamins this morning..i am so in denial of this sinus infection kills me in the am but better all day..i have a girls spa weekend coming up this weekend so I am positive i will conquer this and not get a full blown cold AGAIN!!! Daughter is sick and having tubes put back in and her adnoids taken out on the 20th...so maybe we can all get well finally..hey it could always be worse..have a great day everyone and thanks for keeping it honest...
630 am - pancake with sf syrup 1/2 an orange
730 Luna bar
9 am - 1/2 c cottage cheese with a tb of applesauce on top
1/4 slice raisin bread w/ peanut butter
1230 1/2 a quesadilla with whole wheat tortilla , refried beans and chicken breast, reduced fat cheddar
130- 1/2 c sf jello with pineapple in it
330 1/2 c Kashi go lean with banana and milk
600pm 1 cup chili with reduced fat cheddar on top
1/2 sf vanilla ice cream with strawberries ( I bought a bag of frozen berries and thawed, mashed and added splenda for a strawberry topping.)
1600 calories , 128 gms of protein

Yesterday was so so for me:
2 cups coffee
1. protien shake
2. low carb toast w/ 1tbs peanut butter and 1tsp sf jelly
3. 1 cup clam chowder (new england) and a small salad w/blue cheese dressing
4. 1 string cheese
5. 1 cheese enchilada
6. 1 oz bbq potatoe chips and one sf ice cream bar
then I had another sf ice cream bar...they have 90 cals ea and a cup of sf hot chocolate...I was watching a movie and had the muchies
This was not great but much better than I had been doing.
