Keeping it honest - Day 7
Good morning, Do you have the caloriecount of the granola made with oats? I want to make some but need the count. I know, I know ,figure it out. But that takes thought process and I am too tired. I did it once a long time ago. Works out to about (for a small serving) 350 w/ the oats and 400 without. The carbs on it are very low - so it depends on what you count. I love granola and just prefer it sugar-free. I wish someone would come up with a good commercial sugar-free one that didn't have soy 'nuggets' in it lol

Okay I did pretty good yesterday, I think the mind set of taking it one day at a time may help.
2 cups decaf w cream/splenda
1. protien shake
2. low carb toast w/sf jelly and 1tbs peanut butter
3. Chicken marsela smart choice fozen meal and a sf toffee
4. 1 moz cheese stick and 1 chedder cheese stick
5. 3/4 a chicken flauta
6. 3/4 cup of special k high protien cereal w/ 1/2 cup of 2% milk
90 oz of crystal lite all my supplements..
I was at about 1200 cals for the day
and 80gms of protien
