Keeping it honest - Day 7

Menu from 7am Monday morning through 6:59am Tuesday morning. Feeding One: 3 moz cheese sticks Feeding Two: Chicken Primavera w/ shrooms, broccoli and red peppers, pepper-cheese sauce and a 1/3 cup of egg noodles. Feeding Three: Low-fat Strawberry-Kiwi yogurt. Plan to have: Feeding Four: Snack Bag of Popcorn Feeding Five: Power Crunch Bar Feeding Six: 2 moz cheese sticks melted and sprinkled w/ garlic powder (got this off the main board and man-o-man is it ever GOOOOOD! Calories: 1428 Protein: 95 Carbs from Grain: 23 Carbs from veggies: 23 Total Carbs: 96 Fiber: 10 Total Net Carbs: 86 Not too shabby. Of course, I'm really tired so not sure how many of the last three feedings I'll get in. Ugh.

630 am - Kashi oatmal with a couple strawberries 9 am- sugar free jello/coolwhip noon- - Qusadilla made with whole wheat tortilla, 3 0oz chicken breast and a sprinkle about 1 TB shredded cheddar cheese, I ate half and my son ate half, sf fudgecicle 1 pm - one way bar 3 pm - 1 piece raisin bread w/ peanut butter banana 6 pm- 1/2 cup refried beans, topped with 3 oz chicken and a little cheese and microwaved till all was hot. I dont have the exact count as fit day is down now, but when I entered it earlier it was aprox 1400 cals and a little over 100 gms of protein.

hmm wonder if fitday went down to convince people to buy their program See if you can live without us Sigh....you're meals sound GOOD! I was too tired to cook today. ugh.

COOKING! all I did was fire up the microwave except the quesadillas I cooked in a skillet in under 5 minutes. ( I used Tyson precooked chicken strips.) I spent about a total of 10 minutes preparing and cooking all day. I was feeling quite lazy. I had support group so DH made his own dinner.

No, unfortunately they are not SF. I tend to dump on a lot of SF cookies and ice cream, so when I have a craving I look for sweets that contain lower amounts of sugar. Mary

Michelle's the same way. I haven't ever heard of that kind of cookie. Commercial made or homemade? I'm soo nosy lol
