RNY on 07/21/04 with
1. 1/2 cup lowfat corned beef hash, didn't fini**** Hubby did. 2. low sugar quaker apples & cinnamon oatmeal with splenda, milk, raisins 3. handful lowfat wheat thins 4. most of a can of chunky soup - over the course of about 2 hours. 5. 2 small slices of frozen thin crust pizza lots of coffee 2 cans of diet cherry vanilla dr pepper Looks like a comfort food kind of day. Which makes sense, since I was freeeeeezing most of the day. Not nearly enough fluids either because I was too lazy (and cold) to make iced tea or crystal light. We will finally have heat on Tuesday, yay for the new furnace! -me

Ok, you did it - I had to add roast beef hash to my grocery cart today lol. I'll have some tomorrow (or soon). I also bought some of the low-sugar oats. I hope they're good and don't make me dump. Got them mostly for the kids, but I figure I'll snitch a package now and again. You needing comfort? (((HUGS)))

Boy did I just blow it! I was doing well - little homemade egg souffle for feeding 1, yogurt w/granola for feeding 2, leftover grilled chicken, green beans & quinoa for feeding 3, but then I blew it when I had a whole banana with a bit of peanut butter spread on each bite. That was over the top, and my stomach is hurting! Bad girl... Hopefully the rest of the day I can stay the course. Betsy
