Fitday.com users HELP - lost my "history"

Calling any Fitday.com users. I've been having computer problems for several days and have not been able to get online from my computer. When I went on line this evening to update my fitday.com food records the site would not accept my log-in name and password. After many failed attempts, I set up a new account using the same log-in name & password. But when I got in, all of my Custom Foods & entries for the past 11 months are not there. HELP! Any ideas on how to get back into my original account?? I really don't want to have to re-enter 100's of custom foods or lose my daily food & exercise info. Thanks in advance for your help! Vickie J.

Wow, I have no idea. Have you tried emailing their contact address for help? Maybe they could get you back into your old account. Bummer!

On the fit day home page by where you log in there is a "forgot your password" link did you try that?
