Keeping it honest - Day 5
breakfast - kashi oatmeal
snack - 2 slices deli turkey, 2 peanut butter cookies I found in my freezer from Christmas.
lunch - panera sesame chicken salad (about half) 1/2 of the whole grain bagette slice
snack - popcorn- shared a small with my grand daughter, 6 M&M's , 6 good and plentys and a oneway bar (at the movies- 2 days in a row.)
dinner - other half of whole grain bagette slice, pork chop, spear steamed broccoli. 1/2 c home made real macaroni & cheese.

Let's see if I can do this!
1 - 8 oz skim milk with 1 scoop Unjury protein power = 28 protein
2 - 1 cup vanilla fat free/sf yogurt w/ 1/2 cup peach slices in their own juice = 9 protein
3 - 1 Quaker Q Smart protein bar (PB/Choc chip) = 10 protein
4 - Spaghetti dinner at church )about 2 TBSP pasta w/meat sauce (extra meat sauce) - about 20 protein (I would say it was a total of about 3 oz meat in the sauce I ate.) - 1 tiny bite of inside of french bread
5 - a handful of DH popcorn and 8 cubes of colby jack cheese and 8 wheat thins = 8 protein
I've had 3 sugarfree popsicles = 7oz liquid
6 oz caffiene free diet coke = 6 oz liquid
8 oz skim milk- 8 oz liquid
Still need 41 ozs liquid - I will eat about 10 more popsicle before morning and that will be 25 more oz liquid (I use sf popsicle for liquid because I have a hard time drinking water.) I usually drink at least 20 oz of pure water, but have not today. Will try before bed
3 Viactive milk chocolate calcium
2 Viactive milk chocolate multi vitamins
2 sublingual B-12
Total protein = 75
Total liquid = 46 maybe 50 before bed NOT GOOD
