Keeping it honest - Day 5
Sadly enough, I've gotten my circadian rythym completely out of whack. I am thinking of trying Lunestra to get it back in sync with where it should be. I can't sleep more than about 4 hours normally and if I do manage to sleep 5 to 7 hours, then I can't sleep for nearly 24 more hours. It sucks! Ugh
Anyway, yea, you DO need to sleep - but wow, hard to do with a new baby in the house. How's the old man doing? Can he take a couple of feedings so you can catch up?
Its been a quiet night at work, thank goodness.
No "sleep eatting" yesterday...drank the tea and went back to be, was a good girl.
830pm - oatmeal, scoop prot, flax, 1/4 c rasp, 1/2 c carb milk
PB 1 TBSP what can I say Im addicted
12am - apple w/ prot mix/dip
230am - 1/2 c cott chz + 1/4 c fruit mix + 1/2 c strawberries
5am - 4oz chicken w/ no cal ranch, 1 c cucumbers w/ no cal french
7am - 1/2 cott + 1/4 c fruit mix + 1/2 c raspberries
Its a no gym day.
I think Ima go to Barnes and Nobles and get a decaf and curl up with a book to kill some time this morning ...hiding from the eat me trolls I am I am!
around 10am I'll prolly have 1 c pumkin pie filling w/ splenda and sf van syrup
lots of gum
72oz decaf coff, some w/ prot, some with cc milk
36 oz decaf ice tea
20 oz orangle crystal light
2 centrum, 1 citrical, nexium, biotin, kcl
about 1300 cal
about 115g prot

3) Swanson turkey pot pie
4) 4oz shirmp with coctail sause
5) 4oz shrimp scampi one small roll
6) weight control oatmeal made with carb countdown milk
does this sound like too much?
I dont count calories and such just try to make good choices
