I think I'm going to get confused on what number is for what day soon lol. Anyway, day 5 for me is what I ate (or plan to eat) between 7am Saturday and 6:59 am Sunday. Other than those stupid chips and dip I ate, it wasn't a bad day. I went about 100 calories higher than I was shooting for - but I'm not beating myself up - I have to go shopping. Cupboards are not my diet friendly right now lol. Feeding One: 3 ounces moz cheese; 2 ounces Dill Pickles - Cup of Coffee - Sweet & Light, with cinnamon and cocoa Feeding Two: 2 ounces Ruffles and French Onion Dip. Ugh! Diet Pepsi Cup of Coffee - Sweet & Light Feeding Three: Snack Bag of Popcorn Lots of Crystal light Feeding Four: Power Crunch Bar Cup of Coffee - Sweet & Light Feeding Five: 2 slices whole wheat bread; mayo; cheese and 1.5 eggs scrambled (sandwich). Lots of Crystal light Feeding Six: 1/2 to 3/4 cup of Lemon Sugar-free Jell-O. Cup of Coffee - Sweet & Light Calories: 1776 Protein: 80 Carbs from Grain: 37 Carbs from veggies: 5 Carbs from other: 42 Total Carbs: 84 Fiber: 10 Total Net Carbs: 74 So how'd you do? Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

my protein drink is several servings but i take 2 scoops and reduce the water til it looks like sludge, sticks to my ribs... hehe ..if i add the correct amount of water is washes through me to fast...i run to the bathroom all the time due to the water.several times a day. any way the calories in the protein are 105 per serving so i do about 2 servings with a very little water, i am making it very thick but licking it off the spoon takes some time and i am full. quirky i know but it works in making me feel fuller and i get a little more protein in. i know if i put the correct 8oz of water in and make it like a drink i am still hungry. with my long hours .my day starts at 3 am and ends at 9 pm bed time and i need all the fullness i can get with out constantly eating.

Chicken broth, chicken broth and more chicken broth...leave it to me to be the one that eats practically nothing and still gain 11 pounds over three days...sodium is NOT my friend! (((Hugs))) ~~Sherry

Are you sick? Why chicken broth? 11 lbs--Boy, I thought I retained fluids.

Good morning, Lynda! First, I had stomach flu twice and now I have a chest cold with a sinus infection. Somehow through it all, Alexis has just caught a slight cold...hoping to keep it that way. Chicken broth is the only thing that even remotely tastes good AND stays down...hoping THAT gets better soon, too. I retain fluids like you wouldn't believe (always have)...I must have been a camel in a former life. (((Hugs))) ~~Sherry

Yeah...seems like forever, doesn't it? Just may have to break down and go back to the doctor again...Alexis has her well-child/immunizations appointment this week; I'll probably just double-book it. (((Hugs))) ~~Sherry
