Keeping it honest - Day 2
Brussell sprouts No accounting for taste is right on that.
execise - 45 minutes of cardio on the precor cross ramp at the health club and 1/2 hour of yoga. ( went to the hour class and got called out 1/2 way as my grand daughter was with me and at the child play room and got a bloody nose.)
breakfast - tuna w/ low fat may and peas on 1 slice whole wheat bread
snack - lite & fit yogurt with frozen strawberries (thawed)
lunch - chicken & cheese quesadilla 1 small whole wheat tortilla, aprox 3 oz chicken and a couple tb of mexican cheese blend, sf fudgecicle mandarin oranges
snack - yogurt, one way bar
dinner 1/2 a chicken breast - broiled and some steamed veggies - green bean, carrot and red pepper blend w/ lime pepper
banana with a tb of peanut butter.
Total: calories 1208
Fat: 29 gms 22%
Carbs: 138 gms 41%
Fiber: 19 gms
Protein: 110 gms 37%
I am planned to be on a 40 % carb, 30% fat and 30% fats, so I was lower on fat and higher on protein which is ok by me, rather have more protein and less fat anyways. I am usually closer to 1500 -1600 a day to maintain but was bad at christma s on the cookies and have 5 pounds I am working off. I'm not weighing in til next week so I'll see how it goes then.
