Lord woman you've been posting on OH long enough to be an honorary grad (though some may disagree ). That sounds REALLY good!

I am beginning to enjoy being accountable to myself and you. I think it helps. If I think about eating anything I think woops I can't do that, I will have to tell Tooter. 1- 2 eggs 1 slice cheese 2- 3 oz. shrimp 1/2 c green beans 3- 1/2 rock n roll bar. I had just got them and had not tried one so I did. I did not realize they had sooooooo many cals. and carbs. 4- 3 oz. ground sirloin 1/2 c broc/caul mix will have later- 5- 1/2 c cottage cheese 6- 2 string cheese ( maybe) 1004 cal 31 carbs 99 protein It looks like I am eating way too much. Good day! Even with that R&R bar lol. Ya know, the calories aren't really all that bad - as an occasional treat - I avoid them because they are loaded with fractionated palm oil. Nasty stuff! Reading this reminds me I NEED to go to the store and get some Cottage cheese! (((HUGS))) I think it helps to post it too. I'm glad you find it to be true also!

Cheezits are ok for me in small doses. The queasy feeling is passing from the meatloaf, I think it was probably borderline too high in fat. Michele

I cook mine on a rack (broiler pan) so most of the fat drips away. I cover it with foil for the first 3/4 time of cooking though so it doesn't dry out and put about a 1/2 inch of water with garlic in the bottom of the drip pan - kind of steams it. Very good!
