Away awhile

Hi all, Happy New Year to you! I am getting adjusted to not having internet at home although I hate it!!! Trying to save a few bucks to pay off the loan on my recent plastic surgery. I am 6 weeks out and feeling great. Hope this finds you all well. Think I gained a few pounds over the holidays and still have the five I put on this fall so need to get a grip. Glad the season is winding down and hope to get back to the gym etc. Take Care-- Lucy

Lucy, Congratulations on your PS. Glad to know all is well. I think the trade-off is so very worth it (internet for PS). Would gladly trade my online life (or lack there of) to get rid of this belly buldge that seems resistant to exercise and yet causes my back to scream! Take good care of yourself! Tammy

Tam Tam, Happy New Year. One day the PS fairy will come to you. Especially with the back issues the insurance should approve you hands down. Keep up the good work. Hey there Debbie! It is so good to see you! Hope all is well with you? Last time I read (lurking) you were struggling a bit? If you need a shoulder, please give me a call. I have been there and done that, as most of us have at one time or another I believe. Right now, I am holding on to the hope that I will get the PS and this back pain will be a thing of the long distance past. Now about the shopping for new clothes ... care to join me??? Oh and 2006 is both our years!!! You have done an awesome job Deb ... each time I see your pic, I stand in a amazement at how far you have traveled in your journey. Stand tall and stand proud! Hi Lucy, glad to hear you are recovering well from plastics. I too had gained weight over the holidays. I allowed myself sugar for one week at Christmas. I gained 7 pounds in one week. I am back on track again and the plateu buster is what put me back below goal. Good luck to you and I too am glad the season is coming to an end. It was an awesome Christmas but boy am I broke.
