Yes, we benefit from sharing. However, there are many the tell "US" (We are all the same, right?) the right and only way, and use exageration and misinformation to butress their positions. After all, it worked for them (or did it?), so it will work for everyone.
As I said, I am considering posting it on the main board. I guarantee the reception there will be completely different than here. I have an informal policy of not cross-posting, even my recent Honesty post was different on the two forums I posted it on because I was interested in the view of the two specific groups (and they were very different).

I confess to feeling a bit slow here, am I missing something? This thread is full of folks cheering you on and urging (daring?) you to post this on the main board. Is there something antagonistic in it's content that I'm not picking up? It seems like a common sense post that would benefit pre-ops, post-ops, and non-ops alike.

I am speaking negatively of some "golden calves" of the main board, and some may not take it well, which is why I hesititate. Mostly, though, it is my "anti-cross-posting" policy.
