Candi-- for you. I hope you have made it through the day w/o smoking. Just try and remember--it is one minute/hour/day/week/month/year...at a time. I heard there was a shot around that helps really well.
I tried many times to quit and the last time I kept saying to myself--if I even have one drag now--all the misery I have gone through until now will have been wasted.
