My feet were awful. I had all I could do just to work and drive home. I took way more than the prescribed amount of Aleve just to get through....and just forget pretty dress shoes (somehow I don't think pretty, high heels are an issue for you ..).

Wow Laurie.....you are doing very well. That is an incredible weight loss. My 4 year anniversary isn't until February....I wonder if I'll ever stop keeping track of how far post op I am.

Kim I think it is awesome what you can accomplish...I feel the same way....but I wonder if we do stop counting how far we are out does that mean that we have finally crossed over to a so called "normal" lifestyle and our food and weight maintance is no longer an issue and that we finally got it ingrained in our very being? Nice thought eh? Keep up the continued successes!!!

I know, I just love these stories. They give me goosebumps. Yesterday, I was in a hurry and actually ran up the stairs. I couldn't believe it when I got to the top. I did it without thinking and afterwards wanted to scream with happiness. I could barely walk up the stairs before without loosing my breath and my knees hurting. I am just so happy and loving life. I am so lucky and grateful for this surgery. Hugs 302/153/155 6"0
