What r u eating 2day?
 Breakfast: nothing - not hungry
Snack:  32 oz diet cola (walmart brand ... it is unbelievably great !!)
Lunch:  not hungry...  will try to get an Extreme Smoothie in (35g)
Snack:  1 oz cheddar cheese and 4 Ritz
Dinner:  1/2 chicken breast and 1/4 cup steamed cabbage 
Snack:  hot chocolate with protein 40g

 Hi Val, this is Reenie from the March 2004 board; where have you been? We all miss you! You're eating very little, is this a typical day for you? Do you find that you are never hungry? What is your weight now, are you stabilized? I'm having a very hard time of it lately. I'd appreciate any insight or support. Thanks much. Reenie 
 Hi Reenie !!!  I miss you guys too...
This is not a typical day for me, but is has been typical for the past two weeks.  I go through phases where I deplore food.  The smell of it makes me sick LOL.  I normally drink shakes and ea****ermellon or something during that time.
Today I have a stomach virus UGH !... do not know where I picked it up but last night was horrible ! I can not hold anything down..
I am still losing weight.  Still shrinking. Just not as fast.  I still have to buy new pants every two months or so... I am an 8-10 now.
How are you having a hard time?  Maybe I can help...

 breakfast - tuna salad in 1/2 a whole wheat pita
 snack - detour bar
lunch - tuna salad on 1/2 a pita, 1/4 apple sliced. 
snack - sugar free jello.  sf hot chocolate 
dinner - 2 oz turkey tenderloin marinated in lemon and garlic, 1/4 c roasted butternut squash,  couple bites cottage cheese and applesauce. 
snack 2 peanut butter cookies ( darn I tought I threw them all out and when I found then I couldn't help my self. )
