I actually just read an article that said that the "average" American doesn't really gain ten pounds over the holidays. It's actually two or three but, and for me this is the important part, most Americans don't lose the two or three pounds and carry it to the next year and so on...that's so me. Good luck on getting rid of your two...I'm sure you'll be fine once you're back to it. We're only human and there's soooooo much food everywhere that I think we would have to have the strength of ten skinny humans to avoid it all but like you, I didn't whack too far out of control. And, like you, I'm back in the saddle, too and hoping to get rid of two and eight more if I can. Know you have lots of company and Happy New Year!!! Judi

I weigh myself every day because I'm at goal and want to keep a close eye on things. Yesterday, Christmas morning, I was 122. I ate fine yesterday, had lots of activity and this morning I was up 2 lbs. It's jus****er and it makes no difference. Are you sure your gain is an actual gain?? Maybe it's jus****er like mine is!
