I always look for the question mark before dispensing advice and opinions. If I haven't learned much else in life I have learned that unsolicited advice and/or opinions are rarely well received. (Exception: A child, either under age or living at home after 18, will ALWAYS get plenty of advice and opinions... I consider it my parental duty!)

I have that at work all the time. I'm the only one that works in my dept, there are 3 other ladies that work in the same place but different "dept" of our office. It's a bit confusing. When I get my presentations done to the liking of the boss they all have their own ideas and one tries to make me believe that I agree with her.
This person is not smart at all, not sure how she hangs on to her job, she's been there for 6 years now.
She really ticked me off yesterday. We had our so called xmas lunch and I bought little gifts for everyone. Even for her. She wasn't staying long and took all her gifts that everyone bought her, except mine, she left mine. Now, what does that tell me? Not only that, she went out with arm full of gifts and didn't even get one for any of her other workers.
I'm ranting now, better stop before I get into all the real details of her....sigh.....
She is just plain mean...mentally abusive to all......
