Introduction

Howdy from Texas My name is Beth and I wanted to say how much all of you help me every day and don't even know it. Sometimes I think that if I didn't come here and to the main board to lurk that I would never remember to take my vitamins and drink my protein during the day. Anyways, just wanted to say hey and thanks! Hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas. My hubby, kids & I are hiding out from both sides of the family this year for some quality time. This past year was really rough for us. We are having ribeyes for xmas dinner - talk about non tradition LOL Beth

Hi Karen. Thanks for the welcome. Yeah, I guess overwhelming is the word for this year. I broke my foot and was bed ridden for the entire summer. I still can't exercise like I should as I still can't put a lot of pressure on my foot. It sux. So I am definately looking forward to a peaceful xmas.

Hey DX, thanx! If I am not mistaken, don't you have some ties to Longview or thereabouts? My grandma lives there and my parents live on Lake Cherokee. I spent my summers on that lake. I just love east texas. It's a lot better than the hustle n bustle of the dallas area. Have a great day. Beth
