Hello, I had surgery 2002 , went from 350 to 219, now im up to 245 and depressed as hell. I failed this surgery and myself. Im sick about this , BUT yet Im so out of control I dont know where to turn.PLEASE if anyone has been in my situation, and started to lose again PLEASE share your story with me I need help so bad. Im so upset with myself, and the holiday isnt helping me..Im begging

My suggestion would be to go back to what worked for you when you were losing weight. Protein, low carb veggies and fruit until the scale goes back to an acceptable level. You know once the carbs are out of the diet that the insatiable hunger will disappear. That's my suggestion but you are the only one who can make it happen. You did it once, you can do it again.

I agree with Pat ... try to go back to basics ... I got caught up in the carb thing (popcorn is evil) ... and within 10 months I had gained 20 pounds. Just goes to show this is a lifetime battle ... wish I had an easy answer for ya. Karyn

I don't think you have failed at all! You have still kept off 130 pounds!! Many people gain back 10% as part of the adjustment process. You can set your mind to getting those pounds off! You have not failed..... just need a little fine tuning! Kris
