Hi Pat! I have the same build as you. I hope to eventually get to a 10 top and 12 bottom but I'd be perfectly happy in 14/16. I once weighed 138 lbs. (for about 5 minutes when I was 19) and had bones sticking out all over - plus I was always sick. I'm shooting for 185, a weight at which I know I look great and feel healthy.

I am in the same boat...18 mos and 65 lbs to go. I hope you get some good ideas and thoughts....I need them too! Way to go to still be at that 75% loss! I think that is great! Debbie

Thanks Debbie ... I guess this is where we find out what we're made of (unfortunately, I think I'm composed of mush right about now ). I'm just glad we have this system of support ... and if we can help each other conquer our weaknesses, we all win. Good to meet you Debbie! Karyn

I feel as if I wrote what you did. I am still struggling to get to goal, heck, I can't even get below 200. My fault, no one elses, but I do great for a few days and then I'm right back where I started from. I will never give up, I will just have to make more changes and soon. I wish you much luck.

I think we must be twinsies (you had your surgery one day before me) ... and I think I remember reading a post of yours and thinking "ditto ditto ditto", so we must be on the same wavelength! All I can say is I've gotten a lot of encouragement from these boards, and I hope that I can offer the same and "pay it forward" at some point ... You're probably being a bit too hard on yourself too, eh? Hey, I wish you luck too ... maybe we'll find a solution together. Karyn
