Plastic Surgery Consult Help

Hey Y'all, Well, I'm nearing the end of my weightloss journey and getting ready to start the reconstructive phase of my new life. I've lost 162 pounds and I have tons of skin and issues. I'm scheduled to meet with the plastic surgeon on Friday morning. I'm hoping that at least my tummy can be considered reconstructive and medically necessary. What kind of symptom complaints should I have beside rashes and back aches that send me to the chiropractor? I want to make sure to complain enough to pass the medical review with the insurance company. Maybe the pictures will speak for themselves. Thanks y'all, Lily
