I am officially a "grad" !!

Today I had my one year appointment with my surgeon -- Dr. Wohlgemuth. I am 1 year and 12 days out from surgery. I have lost 117-1/2 pounds and am just thrilled with my new life !!!! Things are great !!!!!! Judy 280/162.5/???

Excellent!!! Welcome.... Although, these days, I'm not sure there is ever a feeling of graduation from obesity...
