moderately overweight

I cannot believe it... I updated my profile today and am now overweight, not obese. I want to climb to the highest mountain and sing it out to everyone. About 30 lbs go I thought I was done and am now looking to lose another 10 lbs if I can. The only thing I am concerned about is that no Plastic Surgeon will touch me yet because I am still losing. Which by the way is the correct thing for them to do. I see a Nut. every week and she said once I reach my goal, which was set for only 4 more lbs, I would begin a maintenance phase. I follow a modified, lower carb, lower fat, higher protein diet. Well all I just had to share...have a great evening. MaryLyn 5-21-03 -186

Congratulations. I am 5 lbs from reaching that goal myself. I will get there when the time is right. I too will feel I've climbed that highest mountain when I can say I'm no longer obese. It's such a nasty word. Have a great day.
