post tt/hernia surgery

Hey all, I survived and right now I am 7 pounds lighter. Doc said he took nine pound of tissue off. I feel pretty good. Am taking 1 pain pill every 3 hours. Have my first check-up Monday. Have 3 drains in that are draining quite a bit yet. Haven't looked at the incisions yet as they are all covered with gauze and my binder. It's gone very well so far and I am grateful. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers. Lucy

(((((((((Lucy))))))))))))) So glad to see your doing well. You will be amazed as the sweeling goes down, how many inches you lost too! Remember to keep up w/plenty of fluids and extra protein!
