Congratulations on losing 105 lbs this past year. Some of us never reach what the insurance tables call a normal weight but we regain our health along the way. Which is more important a # or good health? I will warn you that losing after the 1 year mark becomes very challenging, but it can be done. I continued to lose up to month 16, then it was over for me. I've heard of people still losing at 2 years out so everybody is different. Hope you enjoy the crowd on this board. It's certainly not as repetitive as the main board. I don't think anybody reads that board, they just keep posting the same questions over and over. Mind you I know it serves a purpose, but after a while it makes sane people begin to grind their teeth. Thus the WLS grad board for more mature wls patients. Best wishes for your continued success.
