Been a while - but checking in...

Ok -- lots of new faces on the boards these days (all of them I used to frequent) -- don't know who is left here that I used to keep in touch with (when I logged in as "Perry Fender") but wanted to pop in and say hello since I miss you guys. Finally got moved, settled in, and got my thyroid meds regulated so my mood has been fairly steady now for a few weeks (thank God!) Been having fun here and there (Halloween parties, went to a Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert last week [AWESOME], and rabblerousing with my new roommate [who's a trip!]). Where's everyone hiding these days? What's up with you guys? Drop a line - let's catch up!

Hey Perry I was wondering where you been hiding Glad to see you are getting everything all straighted out. I had my second Plastic Surgery and been fighting a infected leg for about 8 weeks now, (not a fun time) I am also going to California at the end of the month for a check up with my WLS Dr, also lost your e mail addy as well as Johnny's number so I can maybe meet him while I am there, if you happen to talk to him or you can e mail me his number again that would be great. If you do talk to him tell him I will be in LA from the 30th till the morning of the 3rd and if he wants to maybe meet up let me know. Tony

Tony -- I hate to hear you are having such problems with the PS... I wish you well and hope you heal soon! As for Johnny -- I know he would love to meet you (has been wanting to for a long time). Tony--I can't believe you are still dealing with an infection problem. It must be getting really old about now. My legs are pretty darn bad-but with everything I keep reading it makes me hesitant to do anything about them. Maybe I'll just keep them covered--pretty darn hard to do in FL.

Hi Lynda, It is really getting old but I am dealing with it, I almost had it all healed up and then it started up again. It is a pain in the A$$ but it will be worth it in the end, it did make such a difference that I am glad I did it but its a long recovery. I just hope its healed by the time VA come along. Now if I lived in FL I would say it would have to be done because of the shorts and cloths you can wear down there. Tony

Isn't that what gives a woman her charm... the "mystery" of it all?!? In all seriousness -- this is the first "reappearance" of "Perry Fender" and the death of "Nil Carborundum." I haven't been online here in over a month -- but got an email from someone a couple of days ago (which always spawns the "how is everyone" curiousity). Been too busy to play online -- but that doesn't mean when I find a moment to breathe and reflect that I don't wonder how everyone is that offered so much support when I needed it most -- so for all of you guys -- hey and thanks -- and damn I miss you guys!
