Reduction in capacity
Jay,
Same here,
But I wrote it off to
What foods I've been eating lately.
More dense meat,
Less soft stuff.
A lot of "adapting" to "Civilian Foods,"
Such as eating just the turkey breast out of a deli sandwich
Or the Meat and Cheese off of a slice of Pizza.
Curious to see the collective reply to this.
Maybe Winter Shrinkage in the Cold?
(Oh wait,)

I'm sticking with my Theory of
Eating super solids for now.....

JoAnn,
The Coffee works wonders for me too!
I mostly have De-Caf (now and then the Real-Deal)
But it keeps me so I'm not at all hungry.
I guess it's adding in that extra beverage
Along with all of my water that is keeping me
Super Full now-a-days.
At Least it's keeping my Bladder working overtime!
Best Wishes-
Dx
Hmm-I have noticed that my capacity seems to vary greatly. I know that dense foods fill me up really quickly-I am also guessing that it probably varies on how much I chew. I have always gotten full on one egg and half piece of toast. Notice, however that doesn't stop from from snacking on non-dense food at times
My capacity has increased in the past 4-5 months, at almost 2-1/2 years out. Having said that, however, in the last few weeks I have found that capacity is now varying with certain foods. For example, last Friday I had a small tomatoe stuffed with tuna. Tonight I had an even smaller tomatoe and really took some doing to get it down. Why? How is that possible? At lunch I had 1/2 of a high protein bar, and I paid for that with over 45 minutes of agonizing pain. However, last Wednesday I had a full protein bar for breakfast when I did not have time for a "real" meal and had no problem. Is this a capacity issue as well? Just curious. But . . . if the capacity becomes less as we get further out, I say "AMEN". That will keep me in check ----> Missy
