Still here

Hey gang, Just wanted to let you know I am still alive. Been busy, nuts, misbehaving etc. I went to a Tops and WW meeting both this morning was gonna try and squeeze an OA in there too but didn't make it. You can't see my compulsive nature there can ya?!?! I am definitely an all or nothing girl. Need to work on that gray area. Anyway I was down a couple pounds this week. According to my scale that means I am still 4 up from my low. Still planning on surgery Nov. 16. Just feeling out of control lately. Maybe today I will get a grip.... So far I have had a protein shake and a banana. Almost time for lunch... Got some house cleaning, laundry, and yard work to do. Gonna try to get a movie in this weekend. Just want to lay around, read, journal and drink coffee but I can't until I accomplish something. I will try to quit lurking but know that even helps to see how ya'll are doing when one feels like they are going crazy all alone. Hope your weekends are going great!! Lucy
