It's FRIDAY !!!! Whatcha Eatin?
Tried to eat a bagel and cream cheese for breakfast cuz I was in a hurry and it was like lead in my tiny tummy after a couple of bites, so I went to my totally wonderful chocolate chai protein shake.
For lunch, I had a pickle spear and half of a cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onion, half slice of provolone, half slice of swiss and half slice of american. The other half will probably be dinner.
This has not been a very good food week. I've been having one of those "nothing goes down right" weeks. I'm probably going to do a creamy liquid day Sunday and start all over again with a new routine Monday morning.
WEll, so far today, for breakfast I had weight control oatmeal. Then for a snack I had 1 slice of cheese. For lunch I had 3/4 of a turkey and cheese sandwich. I plan to have some lite snack mix this afternoon for a little snack. I am not sure what is for dinner. It is my 4 yr old's birthday so we may be going out to eat this evening.
