7am Breakfast: 1 sf jello, 1 Extreme Smoothie Protein Shake (35g), 1/4 cup applesauce
Snack: 9am-10am: 32 oz Decaf Tea
lunch 12 noon: 1 sf jello , 1/4 cup applesauce, Hot chocolate protein 36g (designer whey chocolate protein powder and 1 pk diet hot chocolate)
Snack: 2pm-3pm: 2 sf popsicles, 32 oz diet Mountain Dew
dinner 5:pm 1/2 cup Valerie's Off De Hook Chicken Soup
Snack: 7pm: 2 sf jello , 1 popsicle
** My mom had WLS on Monday and I following her diet with her until she is on solids..

I'm back to my chicken/tuna/yogurt routine.
Just walked back in the door from
An out of town job, where I lived on delivery
For a week!
A lot of chicken fingers and halves of sandwiches.
It's hard to get that Low-Carb/High-Protein,
Smaller portion food delivered.
It's that $10 minimum order that kept me
Ordering once for the next 3 meals....
I'm Still a cheep date.
