What is your goal today?
Hi everybody I hope all is going well for you.Well my goals today are to keep on track with the water and protein because I have started to lose again and I want to keep it going.Then I need to put clean clothes away,pick up a bit and I have some craft projects I would like to work on today before the kids get home because they get out early today.But I do have a question if anyone can answer or give any advice it would sure help.Ok yesterday I bought a Vhs tape on Country Line dancing and it is 2 hours long which is no problem because I love to dance.But my question is ,is dancing considered exercising too?Well have a great day everyone!!!

My main goal for the day is to stick with my eating plan and schedule and absolutely no grazing allowed LOL. I also plan to make it to church this evening as I have missed the last two weeks due to me or one of the kids being sick. This weather change has had us all under the weather for the last couple weeks.
Dancing is considered exercise as long as it gets your heart rate up and you do it long enough. And I would think line dancing would be really good exercise as it is usually really fast paced and to upbeat music. So put that tape in and have some fun and get that workout in all at the same time.
