Early morning- protein shake, coffee, vitamins
B- veggie sausage patty w/ melted jack cheese
L-slice of pork roast w/ melted provolone
Snack-protein drink and walnuts
Dinner- pork roast w/ stir fry cabbage
Note- had planned on chicken salad for lunch but was rushing so it was easier to grab the pork roast and cheese. I hid the cookies in the freezer.
Terrible food day for me...
one piece of bacon (which did not sit well at all)
6 oz. organic 2% milk with SF Nestles
1 cottage cheese with fruit
handful of Fritos
Just tried a frozen dinner for dinner, potatoes, peas and beef -- lost it all.
I hate these days. I am almost two years out and still cannot eat a lot of food. Cottage cheese, yogurt and I are best friends. It stays down and fills me up! I'm trying to increase my intake but it just does not work for me. Not entirely unhappy about that either! I'm in a size 6 and feel great.

Why try to increase your intake if small amounts work well?
I'm three years out and still only eat 4-6 oz at a time. Like you, I'm also in a size 6, sometimes 4 and feel great too! I don't care if I EVER increase the amount I eat as long as WHAT I eat is healthy and the right choices.
