Esteem Others
Let each one of us make it a practice to please (make happy) his neighbor for his good and for his true welfare, to edify him (to strengthen him and build him up spiritually). Romans 15:2
There are people who make "ministries" out of criticizing everybody else. But most people who judge others who are actually doing something are the ones who are doing nothing themselves. They put down other people to try to lift up themselves.
THe Word of God calls us to build up others, esteeming them more highly than ourselves (see Philippians 2:3). Avoid people who constantly criticize others so their negative comments will not rob you of godly enthusiasm. God can use you today to help strengthen someone's faith. Ask Him to make you aware of these opportunities today.
