Ive asked Lynda about you several times, it sounds like you're staying very busy - having troubles with internet access and possibly some much needed "decompress" time away from da' boards? LOL, lord knows I went through my OWN funk for about 2 months and Im just now starting to venture out again.
Hey? What do we have to do to bribe, tempt, and or kidnap you to get you out here to the January get together in Richmond. I know a really sexy short haired blonde chicklet (who likes to wear PINK) that is needing a room-mate. Heck, she happens to even live in your neck o f the woods (FL).

I looked at flights last night--when are you planning on coming to and leaving Richmond? I was thinking I may fly into Norfolk a day or two ahead and fly out of Richmond. Would that work for you? Or would it be better in reverse?
Re the hair--when I am spending time in the sun it immediately changes to that brassy blond color. That would be the only negative to living down here. At the Orlando thing--I had just had the color done-hence more brunette with blond highlights.

I think whatever works out cheaper for YOU is how you should book it. If you're actually going to fly OUT of Richmond - then you should come into VaBeach (Norfolk) FIRST - this way, we can bum around for a couple of days, being tourists and you can meet some of the VaBeach Ladies (who might not make it to the convention) ...then we (you, me, Paul, Eileen and Mike) can head in the direction of Richmond on Friday. My man will have to work that day, Im sure, but it should be a SHORT day - so I suspect we'll be on the road around 2 or 3:00 - can't check into the hotels until 3:00, still gives us a few hours to get all "made up and purty" before we meet David and crew in the hotel lobby at 7:00. We can finish up the weekend there - and before we head home on Sunday, we can drop you off at the airport in Richmond.
Are you SURE it wouldnt be cheaper to just fly in and out of the same airport though? I always "assumed" that the same departure as arrival was cheaper. Wouldnt be the first (or last) time I was wrong!
As far as your original question - yes, flying into Norfolk first, then heading out of Richmond (since that's where we'll all end up anyway) is much easier then reversing that - BUT, you can always try flying in and out of Norfolk, too. We'll just bring your butt back to VaBeach with us after the convention and take you to the airport WHENVEVER you make your departure time for - regardelss of the time or day.
