How much protein
I have always read that we should eat our protein first then go for our vegs. and fruit. But how much protein should we consume at each meal in order to meet our daily requirement? If I want to have vegs and fruit when do I know when to stop eating the protein and start eating them?
If you eat protein until you feel full then you won't have room for the vegs and fruit which are also necessary for a well balanced meal?
