What is your goal today?
 My goal is not to graze today. Started out with a cup of coffee, worked out and then had my protein drink and a bottle of water. Will have brunch and will do my darnest not to eat too many carbs, will load up on protein first. I will bbq wings for dinner and for lunch tomorrow.
