Val, I did really badly today!! I was on a really long road trip from Pittsburgh to Scranton, PA and stopped on the way and ate 2 packages of those crackers with cheese. This already on top of the 2 power crunch bars I had, and I haven't even eaten dinner yet. Those damn power crunch bars are killing me. Sounds like you had a good day, less the KK Michelle

breakfast - 1 scrambled egg with cheese and 1/4 of a bagel snack - 1 slice whole wheat bread with peanut butter and banana lunch - half order of a thai chicken salad at California pizza kitchen and could only finish half of the half order, so I guess that makes 1/4 of a salad. snack - handful of mixed nuts ( gave me indigestion too) dinner - turkey italian sausage, with peppers and onion, no bun, sliced fruit. sf chocolate pudding. later sf fudgecicle.

Breakfast was a cup of yogurt Lunch was a cheese stick with a piece of deli ham wrapped around it Dinner was chicken with wild rice soup and 2 crackers. Snack - one LeCreme Yogurt (I love that stuff!) Myrtle.
