Food for Thought
I love this.....I wonder if the book is still for sale somwhere.
The less we think about food, the better off we are. To remember the so-called pleasure we once associated with certain foods may cause us to forget the inevitable pain and anguish which eating them eventually produced. We do not want to ever return to the misery of compulsive overeating.
That paragraph alone is something that fits me perfectly......I need to think about food, knowing I might feel good for a couple minutes eating it....but I am gonna feel miserable for a lot longer!!!! So not worth it!!! Thanks .....I know I will look forward to seeing these daily! Take Care jesi
