Food for Thought

Don't beat yourself up! Pick yourself up instead! You can get back on track one moment at a time if that's what it takes. You will get back into the groove of things. You fought to long to get to goal and you're not going to let anything (including yourself) get in your way!
Tomorrow is another day. Do what you know to do girlfriend. I'm in your corner. We all are here for each other. When one is down the other will pick him/her up and so on and so on.
Have a restful night without guilt or shame.
See you in the AM.

You're much too kind ... and I'm still 75 pounds from goal to boot! Having to do this surgery twice put me WAY behind the game. {sigh} Ah well, tomorrow is another day. I'm not in TERRIBLE shape today, just didn't do as well as I wanted to. And my desk was covered up so no going to the gym after work. But, I'm pretty much caught up with office stuff so tomorrow should be better.

I will certainly look forward to these daily meditations.
I had a rough couple of weeks, but I finally snapped out of it, and got back in the groove.
I certainly don't want to return to the misery of compulsive overeating. The last week gave me a reminder of the loss of self-control, and it's terrible.
Thanks for your guidance and advice.
