What is your goal today?
Hello ladies and Gent's and Welcome to the beginning of thr new week!My goals today are to clean house-done,laundry-in the process,take a nice relaxing bath-done, to run to the store and pick up pumpkins because they are on sale 2 for $4.00 any size so I am getting the biggest one's I can find.Do my streches-done, to try and ween myself off of soda again.And finally sit down and figure out what I am doing wrong here, because recently I lost 3lbs.and this morning it was back from yesterday which I don't get because for 2 weeks now I have been on a strickly protein diet,which consist's of string cheese,beef jerky,turkey and red meat,so I don't get this sudden weight gain at all.Well have a great day everyone!!!

I know how you feel about the sudden weight gain. That has happend to me and for the life of me can't figure it out either. Just keep doing what you know to do and it will work its self out. Don't let it get to you and cause you to eat over it. You will see it come off again. Our bodies have a mind of it self at times.

My goals for today are to get back to basics and clean my house. Had my 14yr.old granddaughter over this weekend. I spent more time w/her than doing things around the house. Just the usual picking up.
Finishing up laundry too. Gonna watch my show tonight and read some of a book for a class I'm taking.
